1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Jinsoku platform and services (the "Service") provided by Jinsoku AI Inc. ("Jinsoku," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Jinsoku provides a real-time translation and collaboration platform that enables users to communicate across languages through:

  • Real-time audio and video meetings.
  • Live speech-to-text transcription and multi-language translation.
  • AI-powered voice synthesis, including voice cloning capabilities.
  • Text-based chat with real-time translation.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the Service.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

4.1 Plans

The Service is available through various subscription tiers (Free, Basic, Premium, and Enterprise), each with different features, usage limits, and pricing as described on our Pricing page.

4.2 Billing

  • Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis.
  • All fees are quoted in US dollars and are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice.

4.3 Usage Limits

Each subscription tier includes specific usage limits for video/audio minutes, voice cloning minutes, participants, and meeting duration. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary service restrictions until your next billing cycle or an upgrade to a higher tier.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period. Your account will then revert to the Free tier.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, threatening, or harassing content.
  • Impersonate another person or entity.
  • Use voice cloning features to create content that impersonates others without their consent.
  • Distribute malware or interfere with the Service's infrastructure.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
  • Use the Service for any illegal surveillance or recording without consent of all parties.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, collect, or extract data from the Service.

6. Voice Cloning and AI Features

By using our voice cloning features, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You will only clone your own voice or voices for which you have explicit, documented consent.
  • You are solely responsible for how AI-generated voice content is used.
  • You will not use voice cloning to create deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading content.
  • We reserve the right to suspend voice cloning access if misuse is detected.
  • AI-generated translations and transcriptions may contain errors and should not be relied upon as the sole source of critical information.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, documentation, and branding, is owned by Jinsoku AI Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or share through the Service, including meeting recordings, transcriptions, and voice profiles. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
  • Translations, transcriptions, or voice synthesis will be accurate or complete.
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements.
  • Any defects will be corrected in a timely manner.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JINSOKU AI INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jinsoku AI Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
  • We may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period.
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
